AP 444 - Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal

Course Description: This is an advanced hands on course in which students continue to use their laptops and the SPSS statistical package to develop cost and direct sales computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) models. Topics include more complex modelling and valuation techniques such as nonlinear programming and neural network. The integration of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and CAMA (Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal) is also studied.
